IT is good to see Sony still trying to make there older flagship's better in all prospective.

LG releases flip covers for LG G2 which is still to be officially announced

LG released flip cover for there upcoming flagship which will be named as the LG G2 . This is a very bad and funny news for an OEM to announce the Cover for there phone which is still yet to be officialy announced. Yes we had some leaked photos confirming the phone and a video which completely showcased the phone and almost confirmed it but still the phone is not official yet. This is a very stupid step by LG.
Speaking of the Flip Covers, these covers are nice and cute. The concept of these cover is definitely from the S View cover for Galaxy S4. It is good to see various color options which makes a point for the phone to be available in different color options, which is actually a good thing.

Microsoft releases Office 365 app for Android

Microsoft has released Office 365 app for android users. This app lets you edit your docs on phone and then sync them with skydrive. This app gives you access to edit Word, Excel and Power Point documents. The interface of this app is decent, it is not the best but will not either frustrate you.

Office 365 for Android also comes with many limitations like it requires Android version 4.0+, it is only available for phones and not for tablets which is very disappointing, for using office 365 you will need to get subscription from www.office.com whereas on windows phone it is free and come preinstalled.
We hope that in future updates Microsoft might bring some good additional features to this app for Android.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom Review

Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom is a mixture of Galaxy S4 Mini and Galaxy Camera. The Phone has a big Zoom Lens behind, making it look like a Camera from behind and a phone from front. The galaxy S4 Zoom has nothing to much in common in with the flagship Galaxy S4. Lets find out what this Camera phone has to offer in our review.

Hardware and Design:
The phone is made out the same material as other samsung phones are usually made out of i.e. plastic. It has the same hyper glace finish which makes the phone glossy. On the right side there is the power button, volume rocker and the camera button, on the left side there is a tripod port, on the bottom there is a microUSB port and on the top there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has a big Zoom lens which sometimes might cause problem while handling the phone.
It has an internal storage of 8GB(5GB available) with 1.5 GB of Ram and a microSD card slot, which can take upto 64GB cards. The phone has a 233 mAh removable battery.
Galaxy S4 Zoom
Display:
The S4 Zoom has a 4.3" 540x960 Super Amoled display which gives it a pixel density of 256ppi. The Display is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3. This display is not groundbreaking but still a decent to use as daily driver. The screen produces some rich colors and have good saturation and decent viewing angles. Being an Amoled display the problem arrives in direct sunlight, the display is not bright enough to be seen clearly under direct sunlight. Besides that it is a good display but Samsung would have made it better.

Camera:
The S4 Zoom is all about camera. It has a 16 MP auto-focus camera with 10x optical zoom. It also has some features like image stabilization, HDR  and panorama. The Camera can record 1080p video 230 fps. The shots taken in proper lightning and outdoors were very good, the camera performs well when there is proper lightning but when it comes to low light photography then don't expect much from this camera.
The Camera interface is the same as that found on other new Samsung There is also a 1.9 MP front facing camera for video calling.
Galaxy S4 Zoom

Software and Interface:
The S4 Zoom runs Android 4.2.2 with Samsung's own TouchWiz UI. As expected from the TouchWiz UI there are a lot of Samsung features present on this Camera phone. This phone has all the features except the air gesture features which are present on the flagship. Some of the useful features include smart stay, expanded notifications with quick toggles etc. Another added feature is that the Zoom ring can be used for quick shortcuts.

Performance:
The phone has a 1.5 Ghz Dual-Core processor with 1.5 GB of Ram. The phone performs very well on day to day usage and can performs most task easily. Multi-tasking is smooth and fast thanks to 1.5 GB Ram. Sometimes though we experience some lag while moving to home screen and switching between apps. The phone performs well throughout the day.
Galaxy S4 Zoom

Pros:
  • Good Camera
  • Good overall performance
  • 10x optical zoom
  • Zoom ring can be used for quick shortcuts and for zooming while in camera
Cons:
  • No significant feature that could stand on the flagship name of 'S4'
  • Poor low light camera performance
  • Display could have been at least 720p
Rating: 7.4/10

Chrome Cast-Everything that you need to know about it!

Google recently announced there new device called the 'Chrome Cast'. This is a tiny little device is a shape of a dongle which connects to your HDTV via. HDMI port. This is basically a type of media streaming device which is just incredible in its own hype.

Chrome Cast lets you play YouTube, Netflix videos direct from your mobile or tablet or laptop to your HDTV. You just have to plugin it to your TV's HDMI port and connect it to the Wi-Fi network to which your android or iOS or windows or Mac device is connected. When you have done this go to any of the apps that support Chrome Cast (currently YouTube, Netflix, Chrome, Google Play Music)and play some media or browse some content, while doing this you will get a new cast icon which you have to press and after doing that the media will automatically be displayed on the TV. While displaying the content you can also do any other activities on your device as the Chrome Cast is directly streaming the content itself through the internet. In this case the device serves as a remote control. You can play videos through YouTube and Netflix, play music through Google Play Music and display your web content through Chrome browser. Google have released SDK for developers so that they can add the cast functionally to there apps.

Chrome Cast has just much more interesting points to be excited about. It is very easy to use, light and portable to carry. The Chrome Cast comes in a box which contains a USB data cable and a adapter for charging, an HDMI extender and some manuals to guide you. If you buy the Chrome Cast then you also get Netflix subscription free for 3 months.
The price of Chrome Cast is just 35$ which is very less for such an incredible device. My suggestion to you is that just buy this device. It is an awesome gadget. Don't consider it as an old school media streaming device, it is very capable device which will not disappoint you and will cost you only 35$.

Yes the amount is not that big but still we hunt for things that are free. Now i am providing you a very good replacement for WhatsApp, this is a very well known app but still some may have missed it. The app is called Viber. Viber provides you free messaging and even free calls over the internet. It works the same way as WhatsApp, you have to register your number then you will get a verification code to activate your account on Viber and the app will itself scan the avaiable contacts and add to your Viber directory.
The UI of this app is simple and good, Viber also supports pop-up noifications so when you get a message you can directly reply back from the screen you are on without going into the app.
At the end i would state that Viber is far more better that WhatsApp with added features, simplicity and the reason you are here- its free!

We are hearing rumors of the X phone from a long time and now we are getting some leaks of the phone. Fist we saw a leaked image of the phone and then a webpage showed up on Motorola's website about the slim profile and colorful options of the Motorola droid ultra. Now we have some leaked images of the colorful back covers of the Motorola X phone. Well seeing these photos it feels that the phone could be made out of plastic but the webpage on Motorola's website also claimed that the droid ultra(maybe the x phone) will have a staibless steel back, so it is very hard to say anything about the X phone. Welll lets wait and watch and hope that Motorola doesn't disappoints us.

Though Samsung slowed down the production of Galaxy S4 but it seems that the phone is selling very good. Samsung have shiped 20 million units of the Galaxy S4 . Samsung Galaxy S4

But still on some point i think that the sales of galaxy s4 are in danger because samsung is preparing the LTE ADVANCED version of galaxy s4 which is to be launched in Korea, if this version of galaxy S4 is sold world-wide then it might effect the sales of the original GALAXY S4. But currently the phone is selling very good so its hard to predict anything.

Experts suggest Nokia to adopt Android to save there sinking ship

An expert recently suggested that Nokia should adopt Android before it becomes difficult for them to do so. Nokia adopted Microsoft's Windows mobile as the only OS to be installed on there devices, but the Windows Mobile hasn't been given too much attention in the mobile market.
Nokia neglected Android by claiming that they wanted to stay simple. Now it seems like this move may prove in great disaster for Nokia. The 250 billion $ company dropped so badly that now it is not even a 20 billion $. The economic problems went so bad for Nokia that they had to sell there headquarters and take it back on a lease.
Majority of experts now belive that its time for Nokia to adopt Android or else in the coming few years we might not see any traces of this company which once was the leading phone maker. Even i belive that if Nokia had adopted Android earlier it would currently be the leading OEM.
